Dear Parents and Carers,
I write on behalf of Gateshead Music Service. The Music Service delivers instrumental tuition in over 50 schools across the Local Authority. They are seeking the views of all parents and carers, whose children may, or may not access the offer.
We forward the following questionnaire so that you can help shape the future of music education for all children in Gateshead, as we begin to emerge out of the pandemic. This short survey should take no longer than 10 minutes and answers will be collated with no personal details shared.
