Making secure payments online using your credit or debit card
As previously mentioned in our newsletters, we have moved over to ParentPay in October 2020. Therefore, School Comms is no longer available. For the safety of students, we prefer not to receive cash payments in school. Payments should instead be made through ParentPay. All payment options, including school meals, are available from www.parentpay.com . To activate your account you will need to contact the Finance Office at accounts@gracecollege.org.uk for your username and password.
Already have a ParentPay account?
If you already have a ParentPay account from another school you can simply log in to that account and add your other children via the “add a child” button on your home page. You will need the activation username and password shown above to do this.
New to ParentPay?
Go to www.parentpay.com, click login and enter the username and password provided by the Finance Office. You will then be prompted to change these when you set up your account. You will require an email address to activate your account. You can add multiple children to the same ParentPay account using the add a child button on your home page.
Payment requests?
When there is money owing to the College, a payment request will be set up on ParentPay. Simply log in using your email address and password, select the payment request(s) you wish to fulfil and follow the actions through to pay. You can see a record of the payments that you’ve made and receipts are sent to your registered email address for all transactions you make. This system removes the need to send money into the College with your child, removing the chance of money going astray, making it convenient for you to pay when it suits you, from anywhere at any time of day or night.
